Delivery info

All delivery times are updated on the product page, check the delivery time calculator. Our order cut off is midday, if you order after this time +1 business day, our delivery calculator automatically updates on the product page.

Tracking

All shipments are sent tracked (with the exemption of standard/free shipping for UK addresses, this may be sent via delivery confirmation which provides confirmation once a delivery attempt has been made). Tracking information is provided automatically via email upon shipment of your order. You may also contact us for an update on your shipment.

Shipment queries

Please contact us as soon as possible if your shipment tracking has not updated for a while or you have not received your order and our team will look into this right away.

Returns

Please contact us if you wish to return your order, returns are not possible on products which are custom/bespoke this includes but not limited to personalised print designs, custom framing, custom mounts, custom glazing. If you want to know whether your order is custom feel free to message us for clarification
