How do I place an order?
Browse the archive, choose your size and any personalisation options, then add to cart. Checkout takes less than 2 minutes and we accept all major cards plus PayPal.
Can I order a custom size?
Our standard sizes are A4, A3, A2, and A1. If you need a non-standard size, get in touch before ordering and we'll quote you directly.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes. At checkout you can add a hand-stamped gift card and a wooden hanger. We'll pack everything together and can ship directly to the recipient if you prefer.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Most UK orders dispatch within 48 hours and arrive in 2–4 working days via tracked Royal Mail. Express next-day options are available at checkout.
How are posters packaged?
All posters are rolled and shipped flat in a rigid cardboard tube. We never fold. The tube is made from recycled materials and is 100% plastic-free.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide. International orders typically take 5–10 working days. Duties and taxes may apply depending on your country; these are the buyer's responsibility.
Personalisation
How does personalisation work?
Add your details (names, dates, places, coordinates) at the product page. Once we receive your order, we typeset it by hand and send a digital proof within 24 hours for your approval. We don't print until you say yes.
Can I see a proof before printing?
Absolutely — a digital proof is included with every personalised order, sent to your email address. You can request up to two rounds of revisions free of charge.
How long do personalised orders take?
Allow an extra 1–2 working days on top of standard dispatch time for the proofing process. Most personalised orders ship within 72 hours of proof approval.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
Non-personalised items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging. Personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty or damaged.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
We're sorry to hear that. Email us at hello@theposteredit.com with a photo of the damage within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace or refund your order — no questions asked.
How do I start a return?
Email hello@theposteredit.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send a prepaid label within one working day for eligible items.
