Description
This is a reproduction of the original 1950 Monaco Grand Prix poster, designed by B. Minne. The artwork features a stylised depiction in reds, blues, and black, showing a racing car speeding past palm trees on the Monaco race circuit. The race, part of the 1950 Formula One World Championship, took place on May 21st, 1950. Held over 100 laps, covering a distance of 318.1 km (197.1 mi), it was won by Juan Manuel Fangio driving for the Alfa Romeo team, starting from pole position. Carefully re-produced from original by the Vintage Car Museum who house one of the largest collections of vintage racing and car poster collections.
